New York City once again tops the list of the most expensive cities in the U.S., at $194 per night; a five percent increase over the 2009 average room rate. Honeymoon destination Honolulu hulas its way into second place. Boston, “Beantown” Massachusetts made its way on the list as the third most expensive U.S. city in 2010.
